Conduct monthly board meetings, receiving executive members’ report, monitor the directions of organizations, sharing the resources, takes turn to work and participate in Projects.

ALEXANDER KULITZ
Alexander Kulitz is a German entrepreneur, lawyer and politician. He is shareholder and executive board member in third generation of the family-owned machine manufacturing company ESTA Apparatebau besides running his own law cabinet and investments in several other businesses. He served as elected member of the 19th German Bundestag where he was spokesperson on ‘foreign economic relations and trade’ for the ‘Free Democratic Party’ and standing member of the foreign affairs committee. Before his election into parliament, Kulitz was 2017 President of Junior Chamber International Germany, the largest association of young executives and entrepreneurs in Germany.
THOMAS NEUMANN
Thomas Neumann has been in charge of start-ups creation and investments at KIT and the associated KIT-Gründerschmiede as one of the leading university start-up platforms since 2011.
With his team, he supported and supervised more than 200 start-ups in the last 5 years. In addition, Neumann is involved in various events as mentor, coach, speaker and jury member.
As an advisor, he is active for various companies. With the Gründerallianz Karlsruhe and the DeepTech Hub, he is developing internationally scalable start-up and ecosystem formats which are implemented worldwide with numerous partners.
Since October 2020, Neumann has also been the managing director of KIT Innovation gGmbH and coordinates projects such as the “KI Garage”, an AI-initiative of the Baden-Württemberg Foundation.
